Monitor I-INC 28 inch turns off

    Hi everyone,
I have a 28 inch I-Inc monitor that turns off after about 20-30 seconds when I power up and is plugged in to the computer. The LED light at the bottom right corner stays blue.
When it turns off, I turn off the power from the power button at the back of the monitor, and turn it on, and the screen is back again, but it goes black after 30 seconds again. Nowadays I have to repeat this about 3 times, and eventually it stays on, but it's still very annoying to do that every time, and maybe it will turn off forever at some point.
When it started I only had to turn off once and turn back on, and it stayed on until I shut down many hours later.
I have seen another forum post discussing about a similar issue, but I think they said it turned off after 2 seconds, and they didn't say it comes back and stays on after turning off and on again.
I disassembled it and took some pictures too, but I couldn't see any bulging capacitors or anything else wrong.
Can someone please take a look at the pictures and advise what I can do to troubleshoot/fix it?

    Thanks,
    Steven

      Thanks R_J.
Sorry, the model number is I-INC iF281D.
I have already searched the forum and found a couple posts, and read this post all the way, which described very similar symptoms:
      https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=18375
but the original poster, AloofOne didn't say if his problem was fixed, and from page 3 the discussion was diverted
Other posts mention about turning off the monitor after 2 seconds, but mine stays on for about half minute, and later after 3 restarts it stays on continuously.
I thought maybe it turns off until is cold and once it warms up it stays on.

      Thanks,
      Steven

Usually when you loose the back light its caused by a fault on the backlight inverter or a bad ccfl tube. I don't see a picture of the inverter, thats the board the lamps connect to.

          Hi R_J,
I disassembled it again, and I hope this is the inverter. It is covered around with plastic and is glued on it, it's hard to take it out, but it's transparent and I took some pictures from very close with the capacitors. There are only 4 bigger capacitors on it.
Are these images helpful? Can you see anything wrong?
The board was covered with some sticky aluminium foil and another black sticky material that feels like textile. Not sure how to tape it back. I have some electrical tape (black), but I thought that can melt.
          Thanks,
          Steven

Anybody can help me to troubleshoot this? Is this the inverter on the picture? I didn't see any obvious damage on electronics.
            Thanks.

Try to find the schematics and check if there's an error signal on the inverter board (yes, the board shown on post #5)

Common failure on this model are capacitors C80 and C83 on main board (4th photo in your first post). I believe they are 100uf 16v. Replace them.

                  Thanks jetadm123,
Can I buy them on this website?
I have read on another post that not any capacitors are good, because they need to be high quality.

                  Thanks,
                  Steven
