Woke up this morning to this (see pictures). Sorry so dark. The line is present even when the OS isn't present. What is going on here? Is this repairable? Is it worth it.

The foils in the Lcd panel are parting leaking light through the sub-pixels. Not fixable, could try the bacon trick though which is where you place a freezing object on the area and move it about.Please Do Not PM My Page Asking For Help Badcaps Is The Place For Advise, Page Linked For Business Reasons Only. I'm new here and was wondering whether you might be kind enough to give me some advice on troubleshooting the following problem:
Quite a few years ago now, a couple of years from new, my Samsung Syncmaster 740BF LCD monitor starting playing up by making a buzzing noise and then the display would go blank. I seem to remember the blue power led would also go off when this happened but that I'm not 100% sure of. Hi to all,
I was given this TV, an entry-level 4K 50" set. Some have criticized its lack of contrast and relatively poor colour rendering, but for my needs, it's very decent.
I reset everything to factory settings, but this line keeps on fading in and out when watching a streaming channel from the Tizen firmware. Interestingly, it only happens when TV is warm, after about 1h45 of it being turned on.
Watching a movie from an external source doesn't trigger the line as easily (needs 2 hours), and from a normal viewing distance, is hardly noticeable. It...01-10-2024, 01:26 AM -
