Samsung SyncMaster 400DX safety lock

Whatever button is pressed shows Safety Lock.
Any idea how to remove it?

Already tried, nothing happens...
I'm considering to order remote control, there is lock/unlock button.

I've just solved this problem by using Samsung MDC application.

hey, facing same issue. Do you have a link to MDC application. I found one newer version. It seems to detect tv, but commands its sending don't seem to work.
