Samsung 19 inch monitor Model B1940R

Good morning

This is my first post. I have a Samsung 19inch monitor with a display problem.

The display is visible, but it is grainy, there are white vertical stripes making the image looking like the old EGA resolution!

Please help.

Open case check for bad bloated capacitors clean cable contacts that goes from mainboard to screen panel with alcohol.
