    Samsung 203b

    Hi everyone,

So recently I bought a second-hand Samsung 203b monitor which for a few weeks worked like a charm. However after some time, the problems started.

Whenever I press the I/O button to turn on the screen, it stays on for a couple of seconds, dimly lit, then it turns to black again. This process repeats itself about 10 times, which means I have to repeat pressing the I/O button for 10 times.

Obviously I've been doing my fair share of searching before this post and I noticed a multitude of people having problems with the F301 fuse, any chance in this case it's the same problem?

Would love to hear from you guys.

I'd sugest replacing both all fuses and caps on the power board, once you open the display.
All parts cost just a few bucks - less than additional effort of repairing it again in few weeks/months.

      Hey Yzy,

Thanks for your quick response. How do I know which parts to replace and buy, and where to put them? I'm really new to all this so any guidelines are much appreciated
