    Dell 3007WFPt no power

    I have a 3007WFPt with power board Liteon PA-4151-1-LF.

It appears to be DOA, but has some power on the board with a/c plugged in.

I am not sure if it is a power switch issue or not. (the power switch is a sense type, not a mechanical switch)

    All caps have been replaced.
All power semi's test good out of circuit.

I do have 24v on pins 1-5 on P802 going to the inverter board, but no voltage on any pin going to the logic board(which is where the power switch plugs in)

    Any help is much appreciated.

We need you to post some nice quality pictures of the board. Front and back. Use "Go Advanced" then "Manage Attachments" to upload pictures. Then maybe we can help you.

What rails and signals are on the connector that goes to the logic board?

Sounds like you're missing the 5V standby voltage required by the logic board. A photo of all the boards connected together would be nice. Also, check the heatsink mounted diode that supplies the 5V for shorts.
