The board is an inverter for 4 bulbs on a 15" screen.
The board is a TDK PCU-P154E inverter.

The device is marked "45", and it is 2.8 x 2.4mm

I believe this is a fuse, perhaps 4.5A ???

It is connected directly to the Vcc into the board and it is open.
The board draws 1.7 amps, and it seems to function normally when I
bypass the device.

Any thoughts on what it is ?...

I have a 3007WFPt with power board Liteon PA-4151-1-LF.

It appears to be DOA, but has some power on the board with a/c plugged in.

I am not sure if it is a power switch issue or not. (the power switch is a sense type, not a mechanical switch)

All caps have been replaced.
All power semi's test good out of circuit.

I do have 24v on pins 1-5 on P802 going to the inverter board, but no voltage on any pin going to the logic board(which is where the power switch plugs in)

Any help is much appreciated.
