    It occurs to me the display is very similar to a 932B I've been repairing few months ago, it uses the TM-0917 transformer. Looky


    Main differece is the SMD button board is connected to connector on signal board, not on the power board but the primary/secondary is basicaly same and the inverter looks almost the same.

      Did you check the resistance on secondary side of that transformer? Quite often a bad transformer can cause immediate lamp inverter shutdown...

          Cooling? There should be a strip of metal soldered in from the factory, they did not do it and you can see how darkened it is…so I've added it
