I took a look at the 245BW this morning and the bulb connections are completely different. Is the next step now to look at the bulbs? Should I replace all 4?

Unlucky !! it may well be that the Bottom backlight just needs rewiring,so I would look at that first.CAUTION is needed as it is very easy to damage the screen,as you have to take that out,and the lamps themselves are very fragile.I am sure those members who regularly deal with these sort of problems,can still occasionally get it wrong...so again be very very careful.

Finally got around to removing the lamps out of this monitor. The lamp is obviously bad. This monitor has double lamp assemblies. One on top and one on bottom. The part number on it is 522LD. Does anyone know where I can buy a new one of these?
