Samsung Syncmaster 400px Comm grade LCD

Ok i have this monitor and it worked great up until it just up and went black. Now when i shine a flashlight on the lcd i can see what it is doing so i know the inverter portion is possibly bad but i dont know where to start checking voltages. ive enclosed some pics of the ps board. as you can see the caps by the top right have been replaced once before. not by me.

Check the voltages where i put a red square around. You'll have to put the monitor back together enough where you can still turn it on but be able to access the back. Does the backlight flash on for a couple seconds? The caps that were replaced what brand/series are they? The ccfl bulbs could be bad but get some voltage readings first.

ok i know this might sound weird but i put it back together to check those voltages and now it works? I swear it didnt work when i put it upstairs about a week ago..could this be bad caps?

Bad caps can cause intermittent problems.
