Samsung 305T Repair Advise

Hi,
I am an owner of a Samsung 305T. I've owned two of them, the one I currently own is a replacement for the first. This one, like the first, is having issues with a flickering display, not completely turning off, just a sort of oscillation. I think it is a power supply issue, because it seems to be the common denominator among people with this issue/display, and because my hall lights are flickering too.

I've contacted Samsung about acquiring a replacement, but they replied that they did not produce the monitor anymore, and despite my warranty being good through 1/2014, I would need to contact the eBay seller (who is no longer on eBay) in order to get the information about the primary owner.

So, I've resolved to repair it myself. Here I have an image showing the PSU board. Perhaps someone can direct my attention to which caps (if any) are bad. I am handy (relatively speaking) with a soldering iron, but I'd still prefer not to have to replace every cap. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I am in a similar situation and unable to find problems by looking at the ps-board.
Did you resolve your problem?

My 305T is darker and blurry in the right half. I bought it for 30€ and I'm afraid the panel broke during transport, there is a little crack in the top right corner from which horizontal blue lines and vertical green and red lines emerge.
The image refreshes slower on the troubled side.
I could not find anything wrong on the PSB.

If anyone more experienced could take a quick look I would appreciate it.

Yes the panel is cracked, Not much you can do with it now, try and sell the boards.

On the flickering display
The first cap that usually fails on these power supplies is the 3rd large one in from the bottom left corner , but yours looks fine and you have the board with the better capacitors on it. The other models use capxon crap.

There is a 95% chance that it is the lcd controller board (AKA the t-con board)
That board has been out of production for over 2 years now even though they knew there were a lot of monitors with this issue. (NICE MOVE Samsung !!)

on the dark right side screen
I can not view the pictures, but, a small chip at the far right edge of the lcd glass under the metal trim was probably caused when the glass was forced against a hard plastic spacer (DUMB design Samsung !!)
This chip cracked the power trace that feeds power to the pixels on the right side. (Not solderable !! I TRIED!!)
