    Acer 2216W Attacked by Bloaters

I received an Acer 2216W that was not working. So I open it up suspecting the usual, and lo and behold it has 7 bloated Crapxons on the PSU/inverter board.

Time to order some replacements and I will update this when I get the parts. Here is what I found:

    2x 1000uf 25v 10mm(d) x 20mm(h) [Bloated]
    3x 220uf 25v 8mm(d) x 12mm(h) [Bloated]
    1x 2200uf 10v 12mm(d) x 20mm(h) [Bloated]
    1x 1000uf 10v 10mm(d) x 15mm(h) [Bloated]
    1x 330uf 25v 8mm(d) x 15mm(h)
    1x 22uf 50v 5mm(d) x 10mm(h)

All capacitors are Capxon, and I figure it best to replace them all, even the ones that are not bloated (except the input capacitor).

Replace them all except the big one,so you can avoid reopening the unit in the *near* future.

Recap is finished, monitor works. Replaced all the Capxon with Nichicon and Chemicon.

Capxon seems to be the "kill your monitor just after the 3 year warranty expires" capacitor of choice...
