Samsung SyncMaster 510N-Check Signal Cable

I have send this post once before about this Samsung SyncMaster 510N. I now have five of them to be repairs which have the same problem.
The problem is when there is signal cable to the CPU it would be blank and nothing on the screen, but without signal cable to the CPU it will give “Check Signal Cable” The backlight works when there is no cable to the CPU, the inverter and the power supply unit look ok.

Any suggestions

Any suggestions

Check the signal paths - the input goes directly to the SE7889-LF. This is a known problem with Samsung monitors using this chip.
