Well, the big chip has its type number in big fat markings on the top there - TSB81BA3.

The smaller chip looks like some TVS array (Transient Voltage Suppressor). The "DL46" markings on the other two are probably the same as the toast one, and indicate it to be either an HDMIULC6-4SC6 or DVIULC6-4SC6, from ST Microelectronics.

Have you fixed this, i have the exact same problem , i also have L139 and L138 burnt, i also replaced IC1 and removed (VD1202, L139 and L138) from the board and tried to use X1201 and X1202 connectors but it still doesnt connect with the pc.
Does IC1 need programming somehow?
