Well, the big chip has its type number in big fat markings on the top there - TSB81BA3.
The smaller chip looks like some TVS array (Transient Voltage Suppressor). Have you fixed this, i have the exact same problem , i also have L139 and L138 burnt, i also replaced IC1 and removed (VD1202, L139 and L138) from the board and tried to use X1201 and X1202 connectors but it still doesnt connect with the pc.
Does IC1 need programming somehow?
