-VP is a 37VDC regulator Q9001 maybe check C9005, C9001 for heat damage. It makes +5VDIS and -VP at -31.5VDC
Filament AC FLAC1, FLAC2 lines go through many connectors and just jumper in and out of a board. What a mess. They go to a transformer winding S4.

Only 3 models get the cooling fans

Replace the display power capacitors (anode voltage and filament voltage).

So there is a hope!
Did you know where I can find them on the board?

So I replace the 470uf capacitor and success!!

I'm guessing that is C9001 470uF 63V on the Video PC Board, schematic #4 SD-4.
