My sister was listening music on my home theatre, after some time I saw that poorly insulated wires on subwoofer output had shorted and from then subwoofer output is distorted after I turn volume to about 15 and more (70 is max so it's 15 is really quiet). First thing to do is check and replace output transistor, right??

Yes, check the output transistors.
Also, measuring the DC voltage at the amp output could give us a clue. There should be no, or barely little (few mV) DC voltage across the amplifier's output terminals. Can you measure this please? (with amplifier turned on, and, it doesn't have to be playing any music)Muh-soggy-knee -
