Ok I got 5.1 system in the bedroom, in there I connect directv, blu ray to 5.1 inputs for sound, works good, now out in the living room I got directv and I'm getting android tv, there no sound out on android tv unless I connect dolby digital out from the hdtv itself, so what I'm saying is there a difference running sound thru tv then 5.1. Like a pass thru from tv to surround sound etc. I just figure it out have to get a optical cable for directv and run the android tv from hdtv to 5.1 dolby rca plug

Hi All. I had a Roland KR-3500 Digital Piano (similar to the KR-4500) that exhibited a Crackling audio sound on all keys. After reading somewhere about someone with a similar issue who had replaced all the Electrolytic caps I decided to also go down that route. (Spoiler : It worked !) After some basic troubleshooting I determined that it could be noise feeding thru from the Keyboard scanning since the Demo tunes played back undistorted and the Audio amp / speakers were fine ( Inserted an Audio signal into the rear Audio input). I am currently trying to repair a Grundig Vision 9 37 9880 T USB LCD TV for a friend that has a weird audio problem. Basically everything works fine except for the heavily distorted sound when the Subwoofer module is connected and there is a buzzing sound coming from the PSU PCB.
This seems to be a rather rare TV so there is not much prior on topic help to be found however a service manual is available at the usual sources (Electro Tanya i.e.).
I think the PSU buzzing comes from one of the coils near the bridge rectifier but... -
