Replacing motor caps on a Teac RtoR

Hi there, I'm new here and have a question about motor capacitors that I'm having a bit of difficulty getting anyone to answer.
My Teac 80-8 Reel to Reel has a dead motor capacitor, I've been told it's a run cap rather than a start cap. It's a multi capacitance cap with the following tags; 4uf/4uf/1uf/1uf/common.
In my machine the 4uf and 1uf tags are soldered together on each side (it's been suggested that this is to allow for 50/60hz options). So am I right in thinking this would two 5uf and a common?
In which case would I be able to replace the dead cap with a pair of 5uf motor run caps like these:

Also, with motor caps are there any problems with using a higher voltage rating than the original (it's 250Vac)?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Ben

It looks like an electrolytic (non-polarized) quad capacitor, with one for playback speed and another for rewind/ff; one pair for each wheel motor. Pretty specialized I think you'd have put together a few vanilla ones, if you've got room. Let us know how you made out.
