last thing i expected was to see it stuffed with junk caps.bulging elites on all 7 channels.
looks like a total recap!

Dang! I haven't seen such a large torroidal coil in about two years! The last one I saw was for 120 to 24 ac (high amps, don't remember) behind an incandescent-lamp message board.

Adcom....be ashamed....VERY ashamed. My Yamaha RX-V 1065 has Nichicons!

The old Technics that graces the shop....mostly Panasonic as you'd expect.

This is why I don't buy really high end audio gear....I build it or buy it used and refurbish it.

Must've been the bean counters. After all, it seems to have been designed well- look, they floated the grounds on those input RCA's!

120VAC in, 48/18VAC out and around 1000W capacity.
