Bosch GSB 12V-15 water damage

Hello,
My tool was spashed with water. It was wet, i dry tool and when i push a switch only lights turn on. Motor is not working.

I washed the board inside with contact spray. I can turn motor by hand i clean contacts.

If i connect battery direct on motor + + and - - it turns very slowy and cables are hot in two seconds.

What else could be.

split the gearbox off the motor and try again - if the motor still runs slow you have to strip it and clean the brushes/commutator etc.

Motor works, but only direct on bypass battery-motor. Over circuit and switch turn on only led light, motor doesn't start

yes, but you said with direct battery it was slow and the wires got hot.
was that right or did i miss understand?

looks to me like the brushes got wet and shorted the commutator

I cleaned motor now, work well direct to battery. But if i connect thru circut nothing happend, only LED

Should i open a switch and clean it? But if led turn on than i think it works

i would suspect the trigger mechanism

Switch is clean. Got voltage on output. Maybe is circuti? Start to search for new one?

check fuses and the mosfets

whats in the trigger, a resistive track or something magnetic/optical?
