Help identifing a chip

Please help in identifying this chip from a Dell all-in-one pc. I cant crack the secret code. The blown chip starts with a T and the other is from a MB of the exact same PC. I have searched through all of my old boards to see if I could match it but have yet to see a code like. Thanks in advance for the help.

WSA1C --> ME2345A 30V P MOSFET , marking code WSAXX

ME2345A can replace AO3401A
