SOT 23 package identification

Hey all,

can anyone identify any of the 3 leg SOT 23 packages in the picture? I think I may have 1 ID'd but the other 2 are driving me nuts.

thanks for the help and especially for the link to smdmark. explained the marking system better than I have seen so far. will make life easier in the future and I hope not to have to ask again.
