Help identifying IC - ebf2c marking

Hello guys!

Im trying to fix a broken IPTV box, Model Formuler Z10 SE

It had a shorted IC, U19

Its an SOP 6 pin, marking EBF2C

Unfortunately I lost the IC into the 6th dimension ,so I could not take a pic

Is anyone capable of finding what IC is this?

U17 seems to be the same part.

Can you tell us the markings on U9? That may give us a clue.

I suspect that the marking code may be EBxyz, which is Silergy's.

U9 appears to have the same pinout and support components. Perhaps it is a similar part with a different rating?
