With those 2 underscores it could be a GSTek IC, i don`t know what part number though.

A photo of the surrounding area, and of the whole PCB, would be helpful. A photo of the chip on its own is essentially useless.

I think it's a step-down converter. I looked around the GSTEK web site, but I couldn't recognise any suitable candidates.
