    Digital Torque Wrench Adaptor

Anyone have any experience with these ?

Supposed to turn any socket handle into a torque wrench

Powerbuilt maybe the originals, several brand-X versions now on offer

Any of them any good ?

    Any recommendation or veto ?

This http://www.alltradetools.com/catalog...6-940759-.html is what I suspect is the original

Are they, or competitive products, any good ?

        Re: Digital Torque Wrench Adaptor

Personally I don't see the point of these devices.

I can buy one of these http://www.bennetts.com/torque-wrenc...170-684405.php for around £50

Or i can get a real quality torque wrench like this http://www.screwfix.com/p/teng-tools...e-wrench/22796 for £55

        No contest

          Re: Digital Torque Wrench Adaptor

I was considering its potential to check calibration of torque wrenches

But not much point if the electronic adapter is a P.O.S.

          Hence the question
