    Bypass Sense Headphone Input

I have a tv I am fixing the headphone input was muting the main speakers.

I then removed headphone jack by ahhh there is no way this headphone jack will go back in.

I am wondering what I would have to do to bypass the switching of the circuit when the headphones are plugged in.

Its a 5 pin 3.5 mm headphone jack.

from front to back layout of jack.

I figured it was a bad input, when I plugged in some headphones half way and the tv's speakers started working, but then upon pulling them out stopped.

Now I wanna know which a to f does the switching so I can get rid of this tv.

    Thanks in advanced

Texas Instruments bq24745 bq24745RHDR bq24745RHDT Battery Charger IC for Laptop Computers Datasheet
    by Document Archive
The bq24745 bq24745RHDR bq24745RHDT is a high-efficiency, synchronous battery charger with an integrated input-current comparator, offering low component count for space-constrained, multi-chemistry battery-charging applications. The input-current, charge-current, and charge-voltage DACs allow very high regulation accuracies that can be easily programmed by the system power-management microcontroller using the SMBus interface. The bq24745 charges two, three, or four series Li+ cells, and is available in a 28-pin, 5-mm x 5 mm QFN package.

The bq24745 features dynamic power management...

RCA WHP141 wireless headphones wired up
    by momaka
OK, this one dates back to 2015! I thought I had posted this, but realized I didn’t when I posted a picture of something else. So here it goes…

Back in 2015, I bought a pair of RCA WHP141 wireless headphones at Micro Center for $2. I even mentioned it in the best cheap/free scores thread right here. Just forgot to follow up with that.

As mentioned back then, these are (were) 900 MHz FM wireless headphones. No modern day Blutooth or anything like that. I knew they wouldn’t be great headphones or even that good… but the price was right! So let’s take...

    Numark Party Mix Headphone Issue
    by nams2590
    Hi,
I recently bought a Numark Party Mix Controller, but I don't have any headphone working.
I've already replaced the headphone connector and the headphone flex cable, but this is still not working.
Do you have any idea about what to check or does someone has the schematic?
Thanks a lot for your help.

820-02020 Super Weird Issue: Keyboard Input Character Map "Wrong"?
    by ugamazing
So, I have a really bizarre issue that I'm struggling to identify the cause of. Working on an 820-02020 board with some bizarre keyboard/input-source character mapping. My suspicion is a possible damaged SPI ROM (U1970), perhaps, but I'm really not sure in this case:

    1. The issue is pretty weird, but when installing MacOS, I noticed my WiFi password did not work. I quickly realized the special characters (!@#$%^& etc) were not mapping correctly.

    2. I noticed the keyboard layout/input-source is defaulting to JAPANESE every single time I restore the board. I am not...

Why doesn't current just bypass faulty capacitors.
    by Spudgun
Hello esteemed members. I appreciate that my question will strike some as being somewhat childishly simple, but it genuine perplexes me! I have repaired several laptops before by removing a faulty capacitor that was short-circuiting the motherboard, whereupon the laptop would then work. For me, it begs the question that, if the current can bypass where the capcitor was when it has been removed, why didn't it just bypass it when it was present and faulty,? I can't get my head round the premise that if the other side of the capacitor is connected to ground, then why doesn't the current simply bypass...
