    FPCAP and Fujitsu related?

    I noticed caps here branded "FPCAP" that have coloring that look like the caps I have on my Asus P5QL Pro motherboard, which I believe are Fujitsu.

    But, FPCAP, based on its web site, looks like a 100 percent Chinese manufacturer.

      I hate it when it's hard to tell and seeing nothing different than one spot here and there.

          FPCAP was bought from Fujitsu by Nichicon a few years ago.
          Don't let the factory location fool you about who owns and runs it.
          A lot of Jap cap companies do the assembly in China for the cheap labor but they get their materials from Japan.
          www.fpcap.jp - The "jp" is a clue.
