Ok its a radial leaded little yellow dipped multilayer or monolithic cap, uses typical multiplier markings same as SMD resistors and inductors ie 104=0.1uf.
Definately not a tantalum. Commonly found in computer PSUs on the secondary side. Comes in blue, but markings different. Usually has three letters below the number value, I have seen CSK, K5K KCS and a few others.
Have no clue who the hell makes them... would like to find out to have a peek at the datasheet.
