    Sloppy de-soldering 😩

I was removing some bad caps last night on a tv PSU and accidently got solder bridged to something unintentionally. There are little elongated pads by the legs off each capacitor, and I accidently got solder onto one bridging it to the leg. I know I CAN remove the solder, but what are the pads and is it an issue if I leave it be? There are no components on the top side connecting to those pads, but there is a bridge from the trace itself to another one. Pictures are attached.

Thanks for the reply! I only had copper wire on hand and was able to remove some but not all. I scraped between them a little bit, put the new caps on and it appears to work fine. I think those pads are just little conductors in the trace.
