I picked up these two PSUs for less than $15 ea. with shipping off Ebay ($11.83 for the HP branded DPS-460DB-5 and $12.94 for the Dell branded DPS-460DB-4. These are excellent examples of decent PSUs that can be had for very low prices. As is standard with may entry to mid level Delta units the caps are a mix of Chemicon, Nichicon, Rubycon, Taicon, L-Tec, Lelon, and Samaxon, but otherwise these are very solid units actually capable of delivering their rated power and not blowing up your computer which is more than can be said for many PSUs in this price range.

It's easy to confuse the two brands. I also find the choice of (what looks to be?) -26 material for the +3.3V toroid to be befuddling in this day and age as there are better options that would result in lower heat losses. At least they didn't use CapXon in the APFC input filter. If those PSUs can't manage at least 80% efficiency, that APFC coil might get very hot on a 120V mains input. The units look good otherwise (they look to be fairly recent with 2011 - 2013 datecodes). Not sure I 'like' what they did with both the sister and main PCB (what they put 'on' them... anti-roach foam that could eventually carbonize and become a fire hazard?).
