LOGIK L32DIGB20 fault.

Hi;

I am looking for info on how to repair our L32DIGB20 TV

It sometimes switches on to a good screen but then white lines and a black screen ( although a blue light remains indicating it is switched on despite the black screen ); from here the TV takes no input from the remote.

I have read around the mass of info in this forums labyrinth of knowledge and I think it's possibly a PSU fault and a capacitor within it is either open or short circuit ?

Any help on which component to check/replace would be much appreciated.
