Need Schematic and Bios Backup

Currently Laptop No Display

1. Power On
2. No Display
3. If Any Key Pressed then Wifi LED become Orange then Never Off but Blinks
if any key Pressed
4. Once Power on Then Can't Power OFF ( have to remove Adapter and
Battery)

googled with M/B part number no details about that

One Update:

In LED Panel Model marked as HP 246. but in bottom case model mentioned as HP 455.

So it is AMD motherboard. Pls request HP 455 AMD Bios Dump

what is the exact model of laptop hp 246 is there any other markings, submodel??

on hp website for model 246 bios is 021E8.fd, not 021E9.fd so im bit confused

also it would help if you post your nonwoking dump

the laptop is given to the students of TN Govt, India. The model mentioned in the screen panel is HP 246. But in the bottom case mentioned as HP 455 (Below the Battery Pack).
along with SN.

On Checking SN in hp website it shows its model is HP 455 Notebook PC.

hp 246 - Intel Dual Core
hp 455 - AMD

The board is amd version.

I managed to get the Bios Dump from the another one Laptop with same board.
