Paper or polypropylene or polyester caps

Hola tried searching and came up with nothing.

Looking to replace a popped Reva cap from a henry vacuum cleaner. Looking on the uk RS components site I have the choice of replacing paper with paper or the other materials. All are X2 standard.

    Does it make any difference?

replace RIFA's with plastic caps from panasonic, they are very well priced at RS.

Is that from the 1980s, or the late-1970s? That would be the expected periods of Rifa caps that commonly fail, mainly in Apple II PSUs!
