So I have a Samsung LN40B630N1FXZA made in 2009
Its power and inverter board is all in one:
model: H40F1_9DY
CodeNO: BN44-00264B
PCB REV: Rev 1.0
Date: 08.12.08
Symptoms:
Tv Has standby power.
Tv will power on, can hear startup chimes.
may see backlight flash on then off.
if fresh fuse is in, it will fry.
Frying fuse is in FI801S
Caps all look fine.
I have tested components in circuit.
They all look good except for:
- QI804 FET is shorted (says on it: K3568 8:m)
- Di806 diode is shorted (says on it: SSF)
- FI801S fuse will burn, as mentioned (says: T3.15A/250V)
So am looking for the schematic of this board.
to identify those components...
To potentially buy (where and how?)
Also I suspect one of my backlights is out/bad/shorted.
Is there a way to disable the protection circuit on the bad one.
Is there a way to deduce which is the bad one?
Not really wanting to take it apart all the way to the backlights...
See my attachments.
thanks in advance!
