HI have a question, what those TV backlight LED lens (optical convex lens? ) are called. If they fall, how can we glue it back? Hot glue gun or super glue?

not hot glue or superglue - the leds get hot.
maybe clear silicone. (neutral cure type)
search on ebay for a chinese product called 705 "705 silicone"

It has to be flexible (silicone rubber) because of the temperature swings. Hard epoxy just cracks.
24hr cure for a big blob or thick run, and 1hr for thin films. It's the thickness that mainly affects cure time. Humidity and airflow, temperature also play a part.
I leave the stuff overnight, or several hours upright at least if the lens is heavy.
