My cousin sent one of his studio monitors to me in hopes I can fix it. Apparently, PG&E was doing a rolling blackout in his area, he forgot, and one of the two monitors developed this problem.
When you flip the power switch, you hear a light turn-on pop as the power LED flashes once, very briefly, and then power cuts back out. Interestingly, when I flip the switch back to the off position, after a couple moments, BIG turn-on pop, and LED stays lit up for several seconds, and fades out like you would expect.
Nothing on the PCB looks burned, the fuse must still be good if it tries to power on at all. Ideas?

P.S. This is not a picture of the actual unit, but the same unit online.
