Stop playing with things you're obviously unfamiliar with before you hurt yourself. Or, miswire something and backfeed line voltage (with, say, a fake supply) up a USB cable into a computer, via the drive you're trying to copy over, and destroy both!!

Don't jump in the "deep end" til you learn how to swim. I warned you about using the original fake POS supply w/o bonding; you then replied about connecting the EGC to the bottom of the non-isolated bulk filter cap, straight off the AC line rectifier- I also specifically told you about that.

You had no idea what was referred to when I mentioned secondary side bonding to the EGC; right away you knew where to put that green wire. If you actually connected the ground/EGC to the neg side of the big cap after the line rectifier, you'd have gotten a big surprise...

And now, because you can solder, right away you're trying to work from/modify some schematic. Have you even traced out the ckt on your board???

The 0.22 ohm resistor should not be controlling the output voltages, with no load on the output they should be about 12v and 5v, if not then you have a fault with the feedback opto coupler circuit.

Take your suspect diodes out of circuit and check them for conduction in one direction only, use the diode check on your multimeter.
If your meter does not have a diode check then put the diode in series with a small bulb and battery, it should light only in one direction.

most of the diodes are 0.2V on diode test..
one of them is 0.4V ...

How can I test opto coupler ?

They do test correct in only one direction yes?
If you get the same reading in both directions they are faulty.

A Basic test to see if the opto coupler is working is to connect 1.5v to the led side and see if the transistor side goes low resistance in value.
The meter should show open circuit with no voltage applied.
Here is a piccy to show the connection.

I got the output 0.3V and 1.3V, suppose to be 12V and 5V, could it be opto coupler ?

I'm fiddling the schematic at post 18, I put R1 22 ohm/ 2W, since I don't have the exact replacement, does it matter with the voltage output ?
                      or?

the original resistor was 0.22 ohm and you have replaced with a 22 ohm? i would get the correct 0.22 ohm and put that one in.

                                is it because D5 = FR107 and I replace it with 1N4007 ...

my 1N4007 can not take the speed ?

if the old diode is a ultra fast type yes the replacement may cause issues you really need to replace like for like with the parts even more so if your learning untill you gain more experience in finding suitable replacements.

No - the 100v rating of the FR302 is way too low. I wouldn't use anything under a 400-600v rated ultrafast diode there.
