Are you kidding me?
No way, it certainly works, you just enter the password incorrectly.
The password must be entered in US layout keyboard, if the laptop keyboard is not in US layout, try with usb one (or consider the differences in the symbols between yours and US one). And confirm with Ctrl+Enter at the end, not only Enter.

frensh layout after yr reply i changed to english layout thanks a lot
