Wireless not working in Ubuntu 1604 64bit

Hi guys;i installed Ubuntu 16.04 64bit on my HP CQ60 410 US and can't connect to my Wireless,interesting i had Xubuntu 1604 32bit and wireless worked great right from the start.

Can you scan for networks or is wifi completely dead ?
A dmesg log would help as well.

install the 32bit libs compatability package.

That might be useful to install in case if you use 32-bit stuff, but the Wifi issue described sound more like a kernel or missing firmware issue to me.
Unless it's just the UI gadget that's not working.

Thanks guys; issue fixed itself,don't how, but it did,i was about going back to Xubuntu 32 bit but sudden my wireless showed up.

This has nothing to do with bits.
Firmware files run on devices themselves (eg. WiFi chips), not the host CPU.

but the loader that transfers it to the device is x86

i could never get wireless working properly with ubuntu . have been running it a good few years now .. seems like i get it running then reboot and its broken .i gave up in the end with it .
