odd aspire axc600-ur318 issue

I am hoping someone may have a suggestion I had a aspire axc600-ur318 brought in to be worked on that had a bios password on it that the customer didn't remember setting. So I did the logical thing and reset the cmos jumper now I get no display on the VGA port, the HDMI, or a video card. I get 2 post beeps when it turns on and a flashing hdd light like it is working if I hit control+alt+delete and I get the beeps again like it has rebooted.

One thing that matters: Are they two long or short beeps?

Another question is did you hit the jumper with the computer on or off? Plugged in isn't as important but if it was on there's a good chance you could've done damage to the motherboard.

The computer was off and they sound like short to me. Heck I even pulled the RAM to see if the MB knew and with RAM out I get a nice long constant beep.

I would try with one stick or the other stick to see if it works (saying it has two). I would also check with a stick of ram from another known working system to see if that works.

2 short beeps seems to be ram-related from general internet search although I have no idea which companies BIOS Acer uses on that so I can't look up for sure.

Do you know who's motherboard is in the pc? that might help track down some information.
