Hi Guys;I can't open my short cuts on my desktop,windows vista OS.

when i click on any of the shortcuts i have a message;


(Unable to open this internet short cutthe protocol "http'' does not have
a registered)

Thanks i set the internet explorer browser as default and everything is good now,apreciate it

Internet explorer reeks of potential viruses. Are you using AV? If so, which one?

Internet explorer sucks, but it's not a virus.

But Firefox is better, and it's a free download. You can get it at firefox.com

Definitely scan the system for malware, especially looking for BHOs. Unless someone was fiddling with OS settings below the typical user interaction level, this problem shouldn't have occurred all by itself.
