    Since the chips are 10 ns rated, it's probably at some low frequency.. 133 Mhz, 128 or 256 MB SDRAM.
    10ns is PC66 or PC100. And that's actually a 64MB stick... those are the old 4Mx4 chips that were used on the very early SDRAM DIMMS.

    Since it has 2 holes on the pin line, it's SDRAM. It has 2 x 8 chips so it's not ECC, it's regular sdram.
    Since the chips are 10 ns rated, it's probably at some low frequency.. 133 Mhz, 128 or 256 MB SDRAM.

    ps. double the size if it has on both sides... but they could have resorted to just using low capacity chips to save money.
