    Model number of new board is already mentioned,

    I disabled the 6to4 with netsp command and ATK0110 is manually disabled.

    Everything else are running nice and experience index jumped from 3.0 to 3.6.
    Just a board swap, using onboard video in the northbridge and owner gain one new board's output is HDMI which old video did not have.

    The main issue was video corruption is what I wanted to see fixed. The Vista still needed activated and COA sticker on the ACER box is good and got activated with no issues.

    Oh, I disabled sleep by power icon. I prefer this PC shut down properly not sleeping. More reliable and less power.

      ATK0110 driver is available on ASUS website, don't think it does anything important though.
