Issue :
Upon turning laptop ON, screen lights up - stays black & about 30+ minutes later ASUS logo is shown & boots to windows, then laptop works fine.
Tried :
Cleaned inside for dust, applied fresh thermal paste. No Change!
Removed keyboard, Trackpad, fingerprint sensor. No Change!
Removed Internal SSD. No Change!
Updated BIOS to latest version. No Change!
Removed battery and pressing power button for 1 minute. No Change!
Weird Part :

I found several sources where guys successfully read eMMC chip using a SD card reader. I was interested to try it, just to practice micro soldering, but for some reason I am unable to read the chip. The chip is known working one (desoldered from an old working device) model Samsung KLM8G1WE4A-A001. The card reader is Transcend USB 3.0. So basically I've connected everything as it is described in the schematic, but the sd card reader didn't even start to blink. I am not sure what I am missing, so I'll appreciate some help......

Back in 2015, I bought a pair of RCA WHP141 wireless headphones at Micro Center for $2. I even mentioned it in the best cheap/free scores thread right here. Just forgot to follow up with that.
As mentioned back then, these are (were) 900 MHz FM wireless headphones. No modern day Blutooth or anything like that. I knew they wouldn’t be great headphones or even that good… but the price was right!So let’s take...
