HP Workstation X4000 memory riser caps

Hi guys,

My HP workstation's memory riser card has bad caps. While it doesn't have any problems, it boots fine and 0 memory errors it's bad for it to have bad caps correct? Also the boot proces is a bit slow.

Anyway it's a TYAN memory riser, here are some pictures.
I don't want to make a mistake so can someone help me identifying the caps? Should I also replace good looking ones?

Do I need to look for the same brands when I replace them? Just looking for their rating and voltages isn't enough right?

i'm sure if those caps where not needed, they wouldnt have spent the money to fit them.

as for replacements, use panasonic FR series.

Yeah i saw the bad caps, i would replace them. However theres one cap i couldn't identify the logo is odd i've never seen that brand in pic #3.

I would replace them with Low ESR, caps preferrably Japanese caps for example Panasonic FR ,same ( capacitance) rating although voltages can go a tiny bit higer never lower.

So, I've compiled a shopping list:
EUFR1A222L CAP, ALU ELEC, 2200UF, 10V - X3 (CT1, 2 and 12)
EEUFR1C471B CAP, ALU ELEC, 470UF, 16V - X1 (CT11)
EEUFR1E101B CAP, ALU ELEC, 100UF, 25V - X1 (C106)
EEUFR1A102 CAP, ALU ELEC, 1000UF, 10V - X2 (CT8 and CT3)
EEUFR0J222B CAP, ALU ELEC, 2200UF, 6.3V - X4 (CT5, 6, 7 and 9)
EEUFR1A681B CAP, ALU ELEC, 680UF, 10V - X2 (CT4 and CT10)

I'm good to go here? With these ratings can I be sure they'll be the same size? Hope they'll fit. Found them at Sinuss.nl by the way (Farnell for non business).

There is a small (ceramic?) SMD capacitor near CT1 (C258), it's covered in the stuff from the bad cap. Think it's worth replacing that one? I'm going to clean the board later so maybe it looks fine, but if it doesn't can I leave it as is (such a small cap isn't so critical maybe)?

What actually happens when these capacitors go bad and you leave them on? Will components get more power than they should, for example the memory dimms, and have a shorter lifespan?
