Toshiba 32DL934B IR sensor

Hi
Just bought a faulty 32dl934b off ebay with no power lights showing. I assumed it would be an easy fix with the old Vestel diode problem.
However, when I opened it up the IR sensor was missing, hence no lights.
So I need to buy a new IR board but cant find the part number anywhere
Does anybody know the board number I need to be looking for please? Cheers

Ive scoured ebay for a part and had looked at one but wasnt sure if it was the right one

I recently fixed a 26" DL series and from memory it looks identical so have been looking for an IR sensor from any DL TV's but none are listed as such.

Do you think that one will fit? Thanks

Not a real Toshiba Vestel shit Tv inside. Should just be the Ir module at fault for some reason these 17Mb62 boards have a habit of blow the Ir module and the standby Led too :L

I also VERY strongly advise that you replace all the output diodes on the Psu regardless if they test good or not.

Have you tried to turn the Tv on with the button ?

This TV doesnt have an on/off button, just the remote (I hope or I'm gonna look stupid)

Have a close look on the back of the Tv where the mainboard is you will see a white sticker that points to the power on button

Here is a hint the button is small and stupid, let me know if you find it.

push it in not to hard its a multi-function switch up/down vol push in change channels etc
