DFI Lanparty NF3 250GB complete recap help

Hello!
I have got a DFI Lanparty NF3 250GB motherboard, that have all of the capacitors failed, board still working.
I have read, that I need to match ESR, Capacitance, Voltage to have a quality recap, but with ESR im in a problem. 0.012 ohm is what i see on the vrm caps specs, but lowest I could find is 0.018 and up, usually 0.04. Can someone help me find good replacements?
I'm located in EU, and I have found a guy here on the forums who listed the caps, so here are they:
- 20 x Nichicon 1000uF 6.3v HM 105C
- 5 x Chemi-con KZG 1000uF 10V
- 1 x Chemi-con KZG 470uF 16V
- 4 x Chemi-con KZG 1500uF 16V
- 6 x Chemi-con KZG 3300uF 6.3V
- 18 x Chemi-con KMG 100uF 16V
- 4 x Chemi-con KMA 100uF 16V

+there is 4 5m 10 16V smd polymer caps too.

Polymers on the VRM, standard low ESR electrolytes (FR, ZLH, etc..) everywhere else?

My understanding is the ESR mostly only matters for VRMs, or any buck regulated circuit, so you can use lower capacitance polymers in those area. However, some VRM designs rely on capacitance. In those cases, my personal example, an AOpen AX4B-533. I use a mix of polys and wet caps. The lowest ESR wet cap I could find in 6.3v 3300uf 10mm is the Nichicon HW. So I mixed those with some Chemi Con PSF and FPcaps, did some math to figure the average ESR and total capacitance was within limits. I try too get the ESR lower than the original and the UF within 20%.

I believe you can tell based on the number of turns on the coils and 6 or more turns are low frequency and might not like having all polymer caps!
