          Oh, it's WC! Been looking under C the whole time.

          Should I consider them GP, or low ESR? One is on VDD of SG6841, the other one on SCP of TL1451A.

              Took another one, HG line, from 12V power brick. All caps bad including this one, 55 from 100 uF capacity, ESR 3.3 ohm. I guess the WC tells where it belongs

                    Some Hermei's brand? May be, there was 100uF/400V bulged Hermei and some bulged secondaries but those were LTC or some other crap.
