crazy unknown caps factory original from Lexus??

I have worked on a lot of Japanese equipment fixing blown caps, but this latest 1999 Lexus GS300 ECU has some crazy capacitors I have never seen before, are they counterfeit?

This ECU has never been soldered on since new, so I have no doubt these capacitors are the originals.

    here is what I found:

    qty.1 - Matsushita 330uf - 35V marked: CE FZY
    qty.2 - Matsushita 47uf - 35V marked: FZY
    qty.2 - Matsushita 10uf - 35V marked: FCX
    qty.1 - Chemicon 47uF - 25V marked: BP (M) 110°C (this one is definitely bi-polar)
    qty.2 - Chemicon 100uF - 10V - no series marking! except for (M) 110°C
    qty.1 - Chemicon 220uF - 10V - no series marking! except for (M) 110°C
    qty.1 - Chemicon 33uF - 35V - no series marking! except for (M) 110°C

an overheated and cracked 2SB605 transistor is marked:

an overheated resistor is 2.7 ohm 2W metal film

    my questions:

    ● would a multi-layer ceramic cap be a good replacement for the bipolar cap, not knowing whether any of these caps are low ESR

    ● has anyone ever seen a Panasonic capacitor of series FZY or FCX

    ● has anyone ever seen brown Chemi-con caps with no series designation??

    ● do you think in 1999 that these are all low-ESR?

    ● isn't 110 C a weird temperature, most all higher temp caps are 105 C

Not counterfeit in my opinion. I've seen an unmarked Chemicon cap in a disposable camera (Was the large resevoir cap for the flash). Never heard of FZY or FCX... FCX is probably a 110°C or 120°C specially rated automotive version of FHQ or FC... FZY could be a lower-ESR version of FC...
"We have offered them (the Arabs) a sensible way for so many years. But no, they wanted to fight. Fine! We gave them technology, the latest, the kind even Vietnam didn't have. They had double superiority in tanks and aircraft, triple in artillery, and in air defense and anti-tank weapons they had absolute supremacy. And what? Once again they were beaten. Once again they scrammed [sic]. Once again they screamed for us to come save them. Sadat woke me up in the middle of the night twice over the phone, 'Save me!' He demanded to send Soviet troops, and immediately! No! We are not going to fight for them."

the Matsushi-ta (Panasonic) caps all say 105C - it is the unmarked Chemi-con's that say 110 C

I have an unmarked chemi-con from a flash unit too!
I agree, the capacitors are probably custom.
