if u cannot measure any voltage u have something bad in front of it, because he must have supply voltage. start from the beginning and measure 3.3V supply ic

no i m waiting for the chip , the shipping to Albania takes 1 month.

replaced IC chip the same problem not charging anybody have schematic or any idea?
5v now is present but 3,3v is not present in any point .

i checked it i find on U23 point 4 have 3.3v , on point 3 have 2v .
replaced U23 the same voltage is normal to have 2v on point 3?

solved solved solved I find Q39 that not have voltage to point 1234 changed it and all ok charge .

Hye gcomputer u means q39 not have voltage to point 1,2,3&4? . as i read that mosfet got voltage from that pin with direct got 3v. Maybe 5,6,7,8 not get voltage cause gate q39 is open and they cant supply 3v voltage to use on u23.

Q39 pin 5678 have 19v , pin 123 4 have 3,3v .

Yes! Thats correct.
Pin 5,6,7,8 act like input
Pin1,2,3 output and pin 4 gate adjust.

Sometimes the problem its from gate voltage supply.

It this case you can actually inject voltage in to that gate to see if it opens that fet.
